Boxed Lunches

• Chicken Salad Sandwich
  • A delicious blend of seasoned shredded chicken breast with chopped onions, celery, salt, pepper and blanched roasted almonds flavored with lemon pepper and sugar. Served in a croissant topped with lettuce and tomatoes.     

• Club Sandwich
  • A double decked whole wheat sandwich with honey glazed ham, crisp bacon with slices of American cheese topped with lettuce & tomatoes on one layer and succulent turkey breast with sliced Swiss cheese topped with lettuce and tomato on the other.

• Ham and Cheese Sandwich
  • A satisfying & tasty sandwich made with honey glazed ham and two (2) slices of American cheese with sliced tomatoes and lettuce served in a hoagie roll.

• Roast Beef Sandwich
  • Tender succulent slices of slow cooked roast beef garnished with sliced tomatoes and lettuce served on a Kaiser roll.

• Jerk Chicken Sandwich (A touch of the Caribbean)
  • A grilled chicken breast marinated in jerk seasoning and other Caribbean spices served on a hoagie bun with a strip of pickle spear.

• Turkey on Faccacio
  • Succulent slices of turkey breasts served on Faccacio bread with tomato pesto sauce.

• Grilled Chicken Salad
  • Sliced Grilled Chicken breast on top of a fresh crisp mixed salad with cucumber, tomatoes, green fried pepper strips served with a mini croissant.

• For the Vegetarian
  • A blend of vegetables on top of a fresh crisp mixed salad, garnished with cucumbers and tomatoes served with a choice of ranch, golden Italian or balsamic vinaigrette dressing.

All sandwiches and salads are served with a choice of pasta salad, potato salad or fruit salad with two (2) cookies and garnished with selected fruit.
